Our New Portal is here!!!

Unfortunately, the mail/authority updates request form is no longer in service, however, this means that we have launched our new Repairer Portal that is set to revolutionise the way we work together.

 Most of you will be familiar with our current workboard which gives you a brief overview of current job progression. The new Portal is an evolution of this and will include these exciting new features -

• Ability to read live updates
• Ability to add your own updates
• Communicate directly to our team without the need to call or email
• Notify us of status changes
• Share files seamlessly both ways, including images and authorities
• Easy to read "Kanban" style format
• Ability to search by Registration number or Claim Number
• and much more....

The new Portal will replace the current workboards which means as of 1st October you will no longer have access to these or the updates request form. Please bear with us while we introduce each shop to the new Portal, we expect all repairers to be live and have received their log-ins by the middle of October. High-volume shops will be prioritised meaning that their access will be issued first. 

To facilitate this progression, as of 1st November, we will require a monthly admin fee of £35 +VAT for the use of the Portal. There will be no charge for the initial roll out period, to give you all the opportunity to experience the Portal. The benefits of the new Portal will far outweigh its cost, and as always, the decisions we make are always with our repairers best interests in mind.
